VENTUM is looking for an office administrator.
Currently, to strengthen our team, we are looking for a person for the position of an office administrator in GdaƄsk, Poland

Your responsibilities:

  • verification of correctness and saving invoice, payrolls, bills for mandate contracts in accordance with the adopted system
  • preparing packages with transfers and keeping an eye on the deadlines for their execution
  • preparation of accounting and HR documentation for the accounting office at the end of the month (invoices issued, invoices received, attendance lists, leave requests)
  • monitoring the payment deadlines of issued invoices and sending reminders
  • reconciling payment cards with accounting documents, charging cards for technicians
  • preparation of documentation at the request of the superior, taking care of the circulation of documents in the company and their ordering
  • dealing with officials
  • support in managing subcontractors
  • editing letters, preparation of summaries and reports
  • support during creation of project documentation

Our expectations:

  • positive and responsible attitude to work
  • very good work organization and ability to work under time pressure
  • very good knowledge of the English language
  • driving license B
  • creativity and ingenuity in the approach to duties and tasks
  • ability to operate a computer, MS Office and Sharepoint


  • experience in office work, experience in offshore wind or wind industry
